Yet another Project Share // Teacher Memory Book
come have a peak at this awesome Teacher Memory Book...
Hi 🙂
I am back again with yet another project share (told you I have been busy this month). This time I am sharing this little Teacher Memory Book I made for my sons teacher as an end of year gift. This has been my favourite so far because I made it more my style. Fun and girly. I was in my comfort zone.
I used the Creative Agenda Collection Kit and pink card stock for this book and it’s pretty straight forward really. I backed the front and back chipboard piece and added a mixture of patterned paper and card stock for the inside pages. I also made this book to fit into another one of my Kikki K boxes.
I designed this book for her to capture her favourite moments as a teacher, the scrapbook paper is for a class photo followed but the plain paper for her students to give them their first autograph. This book should last her 7 school years. As I only used the scrapbook paper from this collection I couldn’t make it any bigger.
I only used this paper collection and nothing else, I lie, I used a few die cuts for the front cover but only one or two and the rest is made completely with the paper pack. Which is so good, it saved me from finding matching things because everything matched anyway. It took some thought process away from me. Which was good for now as I have been so busy…creating this was like a little break.
For the front cover I just did some layering and spelt Kaidan’s teachers name on the front with the alphas from the collection. I then just but a few embellishing bits around and some tiny word stickers and the book was finished.
Here is a quick flip-trough video I made, if you would like to check it out;
